Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service in suites and club areas, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish food, beverage, and service stations throughout events.
- Greet guests professionally and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites, clubs, and service areas before, during, and after events.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
- Able to lift 25 pounds
