The Installer, Appliance is responsible for delivering and installing kitchen and laundry appliances. This position will provide superior service in retail customers’ homes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

• Proficient with the installation of high-end brand products and appliances such as Sub-Zero/Wolf, Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Miele, Bosch, and Jenn-Air.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both inside and outside of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
• Maintain truck and inventory in good order.
• Inspect appliance components to ensure working properly.
• Competent in filling out daily reports and reconciling parts orders and service calls.
• Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.
• Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
• Proficiency with various hand tools.
• 1 to 3 years’ refrigeration experience.
• Clean driving record required.
