We have several clinics, along with brand new locations, available to qualified physicians. Requirements & Highlights

Medical Degree (MD or DO)
BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
Epic EMR
Ability to provide primary care services to all ages or 12 & up
Commit to a Monday - Friday schedule; normally 8am-5pm
Not open to New Grads
