Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care.  Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.

REQUIRED

1. Master’s Degree in Nursing or a college degree as a Physician’s Assistant from a recognized university, affiliated with a medical school
2. Please refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for certifications and credentialing applicable to this position.

PREFERRED

1. One (1) year experience.
