Supports the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and handling administrative duties. Provides leadership to keep day-to-day restaurant operations running in the General Manager's absence, with a focus on customer satisfaction and developing people.
You will support the Restaurant General Manager running great shifts and being able to execute all Restaurants administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you must be able to provide the Leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustainan acceptable level of day-to day operations.
