Performs minor maintenance and repair on plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment, troubleshoots the pneumatic tube system, and performs routine vehicle maintenance. Takes independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned facilities during other than normal working hours.
Overview: Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment; troubleshooting pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours. Responsibilities: Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment; troubleshooting pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours. Qualifications: Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- No experience required Required
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid state issued driver's license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500. Required
